Ok so I have been super into making blender juices recently. They are really easy to put together and are super delicious. They are also a great way to get in some healthy nutrients as well! The best part is that you don’t have to use a juicer for this recipe. Just grab your normal blender and blend away!
How to Make Pomegranate Apple Cider Vinegar Lemonade:

- 2 tbsp ACV
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Pomegranate Juice
I just used store-bought pomegranate juice for this recipe! If you would like to make your own go ahead! You just want to make sure that its a thin, juice-like consistency or else your juice will be more like a smoothie.
Add all the ingredients into a blender except the blueberries and then blend until smooth! Add in a handful of blueberries and lemon slices to a glass and pour the lemonade over top. Enjoy your pomegranate apple cider vinegar lemonade!

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar:
The health benefits of apple cider vinegar have not been studied in depth. However, I personally try to drink it every day as it helps with my digestion. I try to not have more than 2 tbsp because of its acidic nature and strong taste.
Some research has shown that apple cider vinegar has antibacterial properties, may help with blood sugar control, and may aid in weight loss.

Tip: when you buy ACV, choose one with the mother. The mother is the part of the ACV that contains the majority of the nutrients and provides a lot of the health benefits.
