Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • dash of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender with 2 cups of water and blend until creamy.
