First, you want to cream together the butter and sugar. Then add in the flour, salt, and cocoa powder and mix until well combined.

To melt the chocolate, combine 1/2 cup chocolate chips with about 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter and microwave. You could also heat it on the stove if you prefer. You can also add in a handful of chocolate chips to the brownie mixture for an extra ounce of chocolate.
Once everything is mixed together, pour the brownie mixture on top of the oreos and cookie base and smooth out.
You will want to bake this at 350 for about 40 minutes.
