- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
Preheat the oven to 450 F. Start with one head of cauliflower and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Then add the chopped cauliflower to a large zip-lock bag.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, and salt. Then pour the mixture into the bag with the cauliflower and shake until all the cauliflower is coated.
Then crush 2 cups of tortilla chips and add to the bag with the cauliflower. Shake again to coat the cauliflower.
Then pour the cauliflower onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40-50 mins until golden and crispy.
While the cauliflower is baking, then make the sauce. Add the sriracha sauce, bbq sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and garlic to a bowl and whisk together. Once the cauliflower is done baking, pour the sauce over the cauliflower and then bake for another 15 - 20 mins.
