Mixed Berry Chia Seed Pudding
This easy mixed berry chia seed pudding makes the perfect high fiber and high protein breakfast or snack! This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and super nutritious.

- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
In a bowl, whisk together the chia seeds and almond milk.
Pour the mixture into two containers and close with a lid.
Store in the fridge overnight for 8-12 hours.
In the morning, blend the mixed berries with a little bit of milk and pour over the chia seed pudding.
Top with any preferred toppings and serve!
