Asian Sesame Roasted Brussels Sprouts

A twist on your classic brussels sprouts recipe with this sweet Asian sesame sauce! These brussels sprouts can be a standalone meal or a perfect complementary side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups brussels sprouts

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • If brussels sprouts are frozen, bake for 10 minutes and then coat the brussels sprouts in the sauce. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until the brussels sprouts are crispy. 
  • If the brussels sprouts are fresh, coat them in the sauce and bake for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through. 
  • Serve and enjoy!
