vegan dark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a small pot, combine the oats, milk, and cacao powder. Cook until boiling for about 5-10 minutes. Continuously stir to make sure that the oats don't stick to the bottom.
Pour the oats into a bowl.
Swirl in the peanut butter.
Top with the chocolate chips and serve.
