Cinnamon Peanut Butter Banana Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, add in the oats and soy milk. Cook on high heat, continuously stirring until it begins to bubble.
  • Chop up banana. Pour oats in a small bowl and top with banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon.
